Orders placed before 14:00 (GST) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Everything else leaves within one to two business days. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is collected.

Every order leaves our workshop hand-packed and insured. Rates are calculated at checkout from your destination and the weight of your order.
Carriers we use
We ship with USPS, FedEx and UPS. The services available to you — and their transit estimates — appear at checkout once you enter your destination. Domestic US orders above the threshold shown in your cart ship free.
Customs and duties
International parcels may attract import duty or tax in the destination country. These charges are set by your customs authority, are not included in our prices, and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Fragrance shipping restrictions
Alcohol-based perfumes are classified as limited-quantity dangerous goods and travel by ground on some routes. Where an air service is unavailable for a composition, only the eligible methods are offered at checkout.
